I don't think good poetry should be left on it's own. Great poetry has itself a kind of rhythm and build-up, so it makes perfect sense to put music to it. Poetry on it's own is just incomplete.

Obviously, they're digestion tracks are made for digesting blood, so they might have some kind of different, rather solid form of stool.
