Frozen Border
Sonic Groove
Echocord
Dystopian
Iero
Morphine
Kontra Musik
and maybe Prologue as well, although that is more focussed on the deeper sound of Techno so it might not be exactly what you're looking for. Still a fantastic label though. Worth checking out.

Leaving schranz labels out, as that's probably too close to gabber.

black sun records, repitch, vault series, perc trax, downwards, ancient methods 1- 5, semantica has some harder stuff
i dont think echocords output could be described as hard techno tbh

Tresor just released a Juan Atkins 12" on Clear Vinyl, "I Love U" & "Techno City '95"
Anyone know where i can download so dark techno mixes, featuring the likes of the stuff Icicle does drop. Been wondering through youtube for a few days now but i cant really find anthing that properly nails what I'm looking for... Probably using the wrong keywords or something, you know how confusing subgenres can be
Cheers guys

I'm guessing you are indeed confusing terms, as Icicle has nothing to do with techno (from what I know).
Stuff like Icicle would mostly be dubstep or dnb. Check the Shogun Audio podcasts and Youngsta mixes.
Completely forgot to post Darko Esser's new alias:
on the subject of Nederlanders, presk and felix lenferink/frits wentink/urkelle/steve mensink who IMO are 2 of the best producers coming out of NL right now, are collaborating as Will & Ink. Small clip here sounds promising and features a very nice looking homemade controller

Nice didn't know that. Not really someone to watch when it comes to techno in my opinion, but nice angle.
Heard Will & Ink on Ben Damage's xlr8r mix, great sounds.

Nice! Didn't know that. I've got the Forlane EP by felix lenferink on vinyl which I thought was really good. Will look into this for sure.
