Worth watching though, it's a powerful piece of cinema.
 Yeah, it'll make you think for a few days after. I guess you understand that God kills himself with the razor at the beginning, then along comes mother earth who impregnates herself with his junk and gives birth to the son of earth? Who is then set upon and tortured by the people of earth therefore giving the impression that its really just an overly pretentious way of saying we suck? That what I made of it anyway.
Still fucked up though no matter how much you go over it.
yeah pretty much, it's pretty uncomfortable viewing.

I couldn't help but think of Vulva's "performance piece" off Spaced whilst I was watching it, had that sort of ridiculous arty vibe. The hooded cannibals reminded me of Tusken raiders as well.

also not really a film but watched "Afro Samurai" last night. Awesome mini series, Samuel L Jackson voices the samurai and his imaginary friend, with music from RZA. I love anime!

It's not a bad movie by any means but original copies are going for hundreds of pounds, I couldn't jstify paying that much for it at all. I'm glad I've seen it though just because I like to experience the different side of cinema once in a while.
Anyways, I've given up on TV for good because it's all fucking wank so I' watching a lot of movies as of late.
Just finished:

I know man, i must have seen it 100 times, probably my favourite film (except for Labyrinth maybe  im serious...)

Missus took me to watch Bruno today, afterwards we managed to sneak in to another screen for the start of The Hangover. Both were very funny.

WORST MOVIE EVAR!
do not watch this movie whatever you do, if you've ever seen the trailer than you pretty much have seen the movie, nothing surprising everything way to predictable. I hate the 3-4 people that recommended this flick to me.
I liked Taken. It was a throwback to the 90s action movie movement. It was the worst movie ever if you compare it to something moving and serious, but for action packed fun with your mates/significant other it was decent. On a side note some of the hand to hand combat was accurate.
