I haven't heard much Tech N9ne, but I do really enjoy Red Nose.

in like 00/01 I lived in KC. He did a lot of drum and bass influenced tunes that'd get played out now and then. He showed up at a lot of the local dnb/deep house shows wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back in the day. Havent listened to him a decade or so but remember liking these tunes
