I remember when I was first started growing my beard, my girlfriend hated it but I loved it...so I kept it. Had to shave it off for a passport photo and then I went to meet her from work, she was in total shock at how baby faced I was and wanted me to grow the beard back.
Beard is still here.

I'm never gonna get rid of my beard. A trim is the most it gets if she's moaning it's too long. I'd probably look about 13 without it. And like your's, she'd probably want it back the moment it went!
