I watched this not too long back, either. First time I've seen it, and it blew me away. The concept of just this black rectangle thing just *appearing* really freaked me the fuck out. The film actually fucked with my sub-concious. It scared me.Magma wrote:Watched this last week when I was off work sick. Fucking amazing.balloonhead wrote:

Considered watching S. Darko the other day, luckliy my senses prevailed.
One of my favorites. I love Wes Anderson films. You seen any of his others (Darjeeling Limited, Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, Bottle Rocket)?Spire wrote:
finally had the chance to watch this, thought it was really good actually, i seem to like a lot of movies that other people think are "boring and pointless".
only Darjeeling Limited (also liked it a lot), saw that before The Life Aquatic. didnt know it was the same director but i can definatly see the similar style in the two now.J-One wrote:One of my favorites. yeah i heard so much stuff like its boring and its just watching a ship dock for 20 minutes but it was well deep and couldn't stop watching, really enjoyed it.
Without any doubt the dopest film ever made, been on my #1 spot since I was 14 and nothing since has come close, an object lesson in what sci-fi could be without all the fucking bullshitdeepfiend wrote:
