What about bebop?

well there's probably loads of other studid genres i dont like too

anyway the distinction between me and wolf's opinions for things is that i realise it is my taste and that it is subjective. Whereas if you dont like something wolf does it is because you are the wrong class or havn't researched something properly or you are just wrong

when you say things like you dont like it b/c the pitched toms when that is hardly ever in tunes anymore

cant just write off a whole genre of music b/c of ignorance & then vehemently defend that position lol

probably not but i would rather listen to music i know i like than listening to loads of music i know i don't like to find some that i do.

I agree with that but its fair to be more than objectively sick of trap and think the similar genres doesn't do a proper job of distinguishing themselves artistically

but theyre not ALL like that

i never dl a whole album/ep usually

must be very selective

yh i should probably dig a bit deeper but i don't think i would ever enjoy listening to it at home, too frenetic for me tbh. in the same way i never really listen or enjoy listening to drum and bass at home, when i hear both things out i mostly enjoy it tho
