so mala warps a vocal clip a bit, it's not okay to use
a five piece band write and perform original instrumentation and that's okay to sample?

the games producer obviously heard that mala track and lifted the sample and used it in the exact same way
any GOOD hip hop producer would NEVER DO THAT
it's BITING that's what it is

the original instrumentation is ok to sample as long as you haven't heard anyone before sample it in the same way

but im saying lifting samples FROM drum and bass tracks like themselves is a horrible thing to do, & sounds like the game's producer lifted this FROM that mala track, didnt hunt the original sample
