Some fair points, but most of it is just bait imo. Didn't really get the point of this article (well, besides trying to piss off tr00 deepheadz); defending a genre/scene whatever seems just as pointless as bashing it. You like what you like and that's it.
Also, don't see the big deal about genre splitting; just makes it easier to avoid things you don't like imo.
