woke up in st thomas hospital this morning, after collapsing in hidden. pretty grim.

a new guy had started in our gang at work just about over a month ago, meaning that we saw him 6 days a week, 12 hours a day... me and him ended up getting along real well over the past few weeks. he called in sick from work last night,

got a phone call this morning saying he's been in an accident and passed away in the early hours of this morning.

still gutted about it, not sinking in fully yet

my laptop gets nicked from the booth when he wasn't looking. i'm not 100% sure how much music i've backed up but i've potentially lost about 5 grands worth of mp3s (i've payed for before anyone asks!) ad quite a lot of unreleased promos and dubs.

now i know i'll be getting a newer macbook pro out of this so it's not the end of the world. just bothered about my music and my friend as i don't want him to get beat up about it.

also, (i know this is quite cheeky) but in the case of me not being able to recover files. any of you lot (which i know is a few) that i've sent music to before, could you please collate it (if you still have the tunes) into a zip and send it to me?
