insomniacs anonymous! maybe I should move somewhere where there's action in the night.
It'd be a lil more gratifying at least.

IDK, any ideas, I take Ambien, but it's only working half the time now that I've adjusted

and it totally fucks up the next day. super hard to get up.

any ideas. maybe I need to read more books! :z:

I think it has a certain qualia that harks back to early dubstep, which is good imo.
It sounds like current culture imploding into one plastic blob of shitty internet product

Well yeah it could be considered important if you see it as a piece of music that has actually managed to capture the sound of culture's death throes.

pink and blue was pretty tolerable actually imo

its good for the same reasons this one is good

Nah Bipp is a balance of the super sugary with the super weird. It manages to create it's own weird style where it feels super fun and poppy whilst kind of alien and wrong. It's pretty forward thinking. It sounds like pop being pushed into the future. Plus it's just actually well written.

Pink And Blue is just everything that is wrong with everything condensed into one song. There's nothing actually good in it. No good song writing. Just horrible sounds and appalling lyrics. Everything about it is repulsive.

Sophie's an exception in this sound, his stuff is kinda sick imo like the flipside to Bipp is big:

plus when I saw him do a set it was actually pretty sick

Yeah, lyrics are the worst thing about that. Thought that tune would've come out in 2007 or something, and NME would've been all over it.

I can't figure out whether the Hannah Diamond shit is ironic or not. Also I'm not sure which would be worse as a reality.

Soiree

I'm 90% sure insomnia has to do with overloading the synapses, it's not proven science though. Maybe you have bad lighting in your house, or maybe when you look at a screen you rarely have other lights running, so you only get light directly from a bad source like a screen is for prolonged periods of time. Remember I'm some strange non doctor from the internet though.

get f.lux: https://justgetflux.com/
tones down the brightness of your monitor and adjusts it to warmer colours, making the light less agressive. instead of the bright, blue-ish "sunlight" which will keep you awake (an intended side-effect since monitors were usually designed for offices and work), you'll get a warmer orange tone closer to candlelight. very helpful if you suffer from sore eyes or have trouble sleeping after working at the computer.

^That's not a good idea by itself, you need to have more sources of light, rather than turn what you have down because that's just another type of strain on the eye.

But it's probably a good idea in general to have light sources as natural as you can ofcourse.

When I first posted, I hadn't listened and just wanted to mess with wolf. Having listened, I those songs are okay. Not brilliant. Not really even that good at all, but definitely not worth the hatred wolf's expressing. I don't even get why he cares so much, just turn it off and don't think about it... How anal of him.
