Listening now How do you rate Mixcloud?! I'm thinking of using it instead of Soundcloud, it's been so fucking gash lately and they have that fucking BENT bandwidth timer. Also just noticed it knows when the track changes! Crazy (or do you mark that?)

Mixcloud isn't bad; I like the tracklist set up and all that, but no downloads kinda puts a damper on it.

You can put a link to your downloads in mixcloud. All of my mixes are available for download from my mixcloud.

http://www.4shared.com/ gives you 10 free GB.

If you encode your mixes to 128 kbps you can have 50 mixes or more available from 4shared.

when you upload your mixes you do a timestamp. Mixcloud is dope.

URGH. I've recorded a new mix, but Soundcloud is being gash, the upload just keeps resetting :/

Tried to log into my Mixcloud, but it said I haven't activated my account using their invisible email and there's no option to send another. FML.

You have to slow down a bit and register your account normally, then activate your account. Not sure what you are doing wrong ? It was easy for me to register and activate the account. I've over 40 mixes available for listen or download. The good thing about mixcloud is it makes purchasing tracks poss too (linked through the DJs mixes.) My mixes have been downloaded through mixcloud over 1,000 times in the past 3 months chances are i've helped sell the music these artists are releasing. Mixcloud has created a good platform and interface for Djs to actively support and sell artists music through uploading mixes with track-listing.

You can make a good quality mix encoded @ 128 kbps. Its less data/ takes up less room, faster to opload & download (better.)

sweet! Na what I mean is I registed for Mixcloud, but it wont let me log in because it says i need to activate my account by clicking link in email. But they never sent an email so i cant click it, and there appears to be no option to re-send activation email!

You;ll have to use a different email for mixcloud and re-register.

those little 5 track things are just usually for our facebook page. I did the first 2 dubsaw sessions earlier this year that are both full length (can search and find them on this site)... I think Culprate and I are doing session 5 as well.
