If you want someone of the same vein Tech N9ne has been around about as long as Esham and is about 20 times the rapper.
Esham just made it a blatant gimmick. Like that was his thing 'ooh dude is dark'
Some of esham's shit is good but some of it just so calculated it's annoying.
Still IMO early triple six is where it was at. It's the culturally relevant part of the conversation.
in the early 90's their tapes and the screw tapes were the rawest shit going.
