From Rusko's Twitter feed;

"Still a timeline full of tweets about it... I DID NOT PRODUCE THE NEW BRITNEY TUNE. pass it on."

Sorry to tell you this, but dubstep has grown beyond this forum. As such, very little of what happens "in here" has an effect "out there". (No, I'm not saying we should all fuck off. I'm still here, aren't I?) What this means is that no amount of us "holding together" will guide dubstep on its course anymore. Dubstep has turned 18 and moved out of his parents' house.

a plant won't grow without its roots.

Even if, we could proudly say we all was a part of the revolution of pop music? :'D (english humor)
Thus plants undergo mitosis so they can create new, similar plants. I consider britney-step, skrillex and the like to be the half-retarded, failed abortion of dubstep that somehow germinated into a plant of it's own that will most likely die soon.

"Its own"!! There are two forms, you want the possessive form. "It's" is a contraction of the words "it" and "is".

This is actually one of those times where, by adding that apostrophe, you actually had to work harder to be wrong.

Fucking kids these days...

I'll improperly use the contraction "it's" whenever the fuck I want. Its what I do and I don't give a shit if it's usage is in correct.

Music Genres have to get shit otherwise nothing new would ever come, if jungle and garage were still great wouldn't have been needed.

Not necessarily my views but wondering what people think.

let's say, the major labels are trying to graft theyr own dubstep plant on a pop root. and a graft of what ever, is never dieing emediatly. only time can say if it's working or not. one thing is shore, dubstep elements wil be a new part of pop music, same as hiphop or garage elements are implemented in pop music.

there's hip-hop and there is pop-hop. did hip-hop die? hiphop has just become stronger!
