Can't believe people are having a go for people listening to a certain type of music.. am I 10 years younger and back in school again? I like Korn & Linkin Park as I mentioned earlier - so what? I also like dubstep, I like jazz, I like country music and I like classical.. I'm sure I hate some of the music you guys like, but you wouldn't hear me criticising you about it, what a pathetic thing to do. If you don't like it, just ignore it, don't get yourself wound up over nothing.. music isn't everything, so learn and grow up

"Top Dubstep Songs: An Exclusive Playlist by Korn"
Kill Everybody & Weekends are not even close to dubstep, I don't think the Kill The Noise tracks are either (but I haven't heard 'em). What a fail Korn, what a fail.

As far as evidence they're working with the Rottun guys:
Korn have recently collaborated with Skrillex, 12th Planet, Excision, Datsik, Downlink, Kill the Noise, and Noisia for an upcoming EP.

just a few months ago literally half of the threads here were about how much mt eden sucked. so you might be talking to deaf ears, it's really not the most mature crowd

I fell in love with electronic music cause it's electronic. Being a rock boy at heart, the love for a killer guitar riff will never leave me, but mixing the two together is just wrong in my eyes. I either want to hear rock, or dubstep, not metalstep.

The hybrid of metal and dubstep is like bringing back rap + metal.

Not necessarily a bad thing if done correctly.

I suppose in some degree it can come out as a good result, but I was referring to more of the mainstream garbage like Limp Bizkit + such.

Something about a baby & some bathwater comes to mind...

Anyway yeah it's most probably gonna be awful. But you have to remember that from the dirt, roses grow. :)

I just need to point something ironic out: a majority of you guys are talking about how shit Korn and Skrillex are and how their music sounds like white noise and such when your own Soundcloud links sound like something only a guy pumped full of morphine is going to enjoy. Sorry, I'm not trying to criticize or pointlessly troll, but someone had to point that out sooner or later. You're all talking about how Skrillex and Korn fans are just jumping on the bandwagon when every post except for 3 I've seen has just been bashing other artists. Does anybody else see the irony in this? Anyone?

Personally, I think this track bumps hard and I'm no Korn fan, but their notorious for trying weird things and not sticking to one particular sound. So in theory, shouldn't the fact that their now doing a full length album (instead of an EP) featuring famous dub DJ's be something everyone would be stoked on? I think it's pretty sweet.

Sorry if I don't conform to the hipster-esque bashing of this thread.
