Used to be obsessed with Road Rash on on the PC. The pink and yellow one was insane.

Those games were so big at the time and still are now, tbf.
Wipeout 2097 was next level though. Zippin around, super fast, with the likes of Photek, FSOL, the Chemical Brothers and Underworld in the background. BAD!
