Nah Elliott, although I know people that went to Emmanuel.

Not Britt school or anything particularaly arty, was just a standard big south London comprehensive back in the 90's (perhaps its changed since?), think its just by chance being a lot of pupils and mixed south london that a lot of musician types went there.

Croydon is also used for a lot of TV and film work - parts of The Da Vinci Code and the new Batman movie was filmed here. It is also the location of the flat used in Peep Show.

The only thing to actually come from here is an indie band called Good Shoes who sum the whole place up in this song

Pretty crappy song but tells you lots about the place. Also that little stage in the park at the end of the video, they actually played a free gig there which was pretty cool...

That's how rubbish where i live is...
I went to that gig in the park......it rained!! Think they played the Watershed in Wimbledon after too........think i went po na na tho!!lol.

Wallington, South London.

The episode of peep show when mitchell goes to the off license and gets called a paedo by the kids on the bike was filmed there.
The Bill was filmed lots too before they knocked roundshaw down.

I've just learned that the town I lived in, during high school, has just produced a Hooters employee. Thinking we only have one in the city, I'd say its impressive :cornlol:

Fredrick Delius & David Hockney aswell

Some of the "every sperm is sacred" sketch/song by monty python was filmed down my road

People keep telling me example lives in Saltaire and drinks in the Rosse pub that I go in sometimes - but I've never seen him... thinking about it though I doubt I would recognize him
