Through marriage, I've got an uncle in law who became an LAPD police officer, his first week he shot someone in the back as they were fleeing a crime carrying a tv. Old school tube tv. One weeks suspension. Don't know if it was paid. US/UK. Dude he shot was latino, though.m8son wrote:my m8s dad is an armed policeman and has a severe case of small man syndrome, in fact i bet there aren't any armed police taller than 6 foot
Wow. This is why the police shouldn't be routinely given guns.nowaysj wrote:Through marriage, I've got an uncle in law who became an LAPD police officer, his first week he shot someone in the back as they were fleeing a crime carrying a tv. Definite little man, had a gun collection before he went onto the force.

Lol repeat from the the Daily Mail, really trolling this one, a few turned up to show support by the looks of it. Unions understand what happens when politics takes precedence over the rule of decent law.Pedro Sánchez wrote:DailyStale wrote:Trade unionists turn out for Mark Duggan vigil: Left-wing groups swell the ranks of supporters demanding 'justice' for gangster who was shot dead by police

I can only sincerely hope one day that nobody ever looks at you as a scum bag, and that nobody "reckons" you've ever assaulted or raped anyone.

Not even close. Duggan was a known wrong'n... I'm sure the police had plenty of reason to try and detain him. They just didn't have a good enough reason to shoot him, but still... he was shot by the only people in the country that have any right to shoot at anyone on a British street. His acquitted killer at least had a uniform and badge, it's hardly a nosey neighbour killing a minor because he believes he's doing society a favour... that'd be evidence of British society falling apart at the seams.nowaysj wrote:Mark Duggan = Treyvon Martin?
