But it says pre-order item... I don't get it is it sold out again or is it ok to just pre-order and get it directly anyways?

pre-order means you will get it when it's back in stock.

Can see this response from a DJing point of view but once you start collecting vinyl you can't help but get sucked into the pointless limited shit.. test presses, coloured vinyl, even the different etching, even the Medi releases that have represses with black covers instead of coloured ones.. you can just buy a coloured cover

. I've been guilty of it. Its why mispresses like that weird coloured Jimi Hendrix album is worth so much and why like RWDFWD exclusives sell out so quick even though plenty of normal versions are on their way.
Its pointless as fuck, but if you buy enough vinyl and you're a bedroom DJ you start to become less of a DJ and more a vinyl collector
I've got the Gorgon Sound - Find Jah Way repress with the stamp on, if that special edition of 10 came available for a normal price theres no way I'd be thinking "na got these tunes already" and I wouldn't buy it for resell value either. Straight up bragging rights lol. Not very impressive bragging rights unless you collect vinyl but still lol
I've already got an original copy but I hope they don't come with a big REPRESS stamp too, just so those on discog sellers asking silly prices get fucked over.. if its a big 'repress' one to them its a completely different record and they can carry on trying to sell for silly prices.

my point still stands - if you're so bothered by it and deem yourself a collector - don't sleep on it, lol. it's not like the release sold out in 5minutes. it was on surus for a while and in at redeye and boomkat afterwards.
imagine a dmz001&002 repress with a big "repress" stamp on it. buy it or bite the bullett and shell out discogs p.

Yeah definitely, if you're that arsed shell out the money.. but still if you missed it you can still hope it'll be the same as the original. I know I'd rather it be like the original than a repress stamped one.

There were so many limited coloured and hand stamped vinyls ou there that you could already make a forecast about the overpriced stuff and that's what bothers me the most...
And it's just ridiculous to charge more than 30 quid for a copy that's not even one year old...
