Alright, most of you are going to laugh at this but whatever.
I've known her for 4 years now, so that's since grade 5. Back when I was pretty much asexual and only cared about playing videogames and was getting into bands like Korn and Breaking Benjamin (Still good bands).
She always was a good friend of mine, and I had a mini crush on her the past 2 years, but she would sometimes give mixed signals and I was scared that if I asked her out (This was like in grade 7/8 lol) it would ruin our friendship and make it awkward.
#Frienzoned.
But near the end of grade 8, (so back in may/juin) she started giving what I saw as more signs that she was interested in me.

She would hug me infront of her friends always, she would come see me during my gym to hang out, she would sit with me in the bus and purposely rub her legs against mine.

But, yeah.
School started today and I talked to her alot, trying to think of subtle ways to show her that I like her.

Yeah, I would say I am pretty much friendzoned.
It's because I met her so long ago, but I'm gonna "go after her" it's worth a shot imo.
I already have a few female friends, so I'm not interested in having more.
It's just that I don't wanna ask her without her having any hint's that I like her, otherwise she would probably be put in a very suprised/awkward moment.

Only thing is, she's on my bus so I see her everyday, could make the ride a tad bit awkward.
EDIT: Actually, this is pretty much the definitive advice. I either go all out or just never do it. (I would rather choose the first option)
