not really, since the guy was ALIVE WHEN HE DID IT
we're not talking about attacking living people... if the person died without you causing harm to him, then it's a very different situation than if you were to kill him in order to eat him.

If it came down to a being stuck somewhere with another person and cannibalism became an option, I'd kill the other person before he/she kills me, and use parts of the body as bait for other creatures; assuming I couldn't live off fruit, clams etc. and there's even the slighest possibility of actually getting out of there.
If we were to be stuck on some barren sand island with no signs of life and no chances of being found, I'd kill the other person first, then myself, to save us the traumatic experience.
