had fuck all in the house last week when we made pancakes so tried honey with lime squeezed on and it was surprisingly really nice. might even go as far as to say better than sugar and lemon

I had a sudden craving for pancakes on Sunday. Must've been my Pancake Day radar going OTT.

Gonna have to make up for it with pancakes tomorrow. Unless we manage to find a bar/pub after Wagamama that does pancakes! Hmmm...do gyozas count?

i used that opaque set honey not runny but don't know if that will make any difference. you just get a lot more depth and variety of flavour with honey and lime than you do with lemon and sugar. you don't get the crunch factor that you do with sugar obviously but that's the only complaint

I'd only ever use caster sugar on pancakes.
