I am about even with Baltimore (see Dover) - but on the Eastern Shore...towards the beaches
Closer to Philly because of the Chesapeake...

...you have to drive way south-west towards Annapolis to get to the Bay Bridge
or up to New Castle and around back down on 95...for Baltimore

wow a lot more people get paranoid off this shit more than i thought.

for me, it depends on the strain i've got... if it's a mellow ting like bush or some average cheese i'm pretty much the same except probably more giggly and chilled. heavier stuff like lemon, kush, amnesia etc work on the eyes and mind a lot more but i become much more creative and embrace anything music.
love producing when i'm lean, and i love going out spending my mornings high - because i actually get up and do shit. don't get me wrong, it's definitely a bad thing if you smoke too much. 8th lasts me like 2 nights most, depending on the size which can range from shit to absolutely fucking terrible (1.8 - 1.4 for 20s, <1.0 for 10s...)

TBH, the only thing I really know about DE is your state troopers' funny hats and the weird corporate tax laws in effect. I have no idea what the cannabis is like there though.

if you see a state trooper walk up to your car without his hat on, ask him where it is & he cant do anything to arrest you or write citations etc...
