IMO its the best award going .... at least they look at the full spectrum of music made and not just sit on one genre !!mrbeatnick wrote: it's a bollocks industry award at the end of the day!

The Hyperdub Band playin live!jimitheexploder wrote:you know that the artists do a live performance at the ceromony yeah...
Well I wonder what Burial and the Hyperdub lot are going to do for that?
I hope its a dance troupe!
I was thinking about this a while ago actually, i reckon maybe some spaceape business, maybe with Kode9 and Burial (just because he probably will have to do SOMETHING) doing something similar to Kode's Bassfiction thing.jimitheexploder wrote:you know that the artists do a live performance at the ceromony yeah...
i know what you're sayin.. but at the end of the day, music is a mission, not a competition. The only award any musician needs is to know that they've inspired or uplifted others. Burial has already acheived this, in droves.surgeon wrote:IMO its the best award going .... at least they look at the full spectrum of music made and not just sit on one genre !!mrbeatnick wrote: it's a bollocks industry award at the end of the day!
