This went from being a MANLY THREAD DOING MANLY THINGS LIKE LIFTING WEIGHTS MANLILY to a thread where we're all basically princesses trying to help our fellow princesses embrace their inner queens and blowing kisses to each other.

Quick, everyone post pics of themselves in a singlet for aesthetic comparison purposes.

Wait...that might make things worse.

Still better than sharing low-carb froyo recipes.

I'm a couple of weeks into this Frankie's Bulk program and am a bit worried my rear delts, forearms and obliques aren't getting worked enough/at all. Am I just not going hard enough?

My obligues and forearms are def getting enough work. Mostly from benches and deadlifts and rows.

Besides, this is about gaining lots of functional strength fast and with that comes mass. The details get worked on later if necessary. Though really, I'm adding lots of size everywhere and evenly.

Did some hanging exercises yesterday, me and my friend found the best way to motivate ourselves was just to turn it into a competition, see who could hang the longest. I could hang off shit all day.

Are you doing one handed or two handed? One handed hangs could be really challenging! Try them out, great fun. Or if those are to hard hang on one hand and with your other hand hold the wrist.

Bit of both. We had a plank competition afterwards that almost brought tears to my eyes.

I suppose it's too early for me to gauge size, although, my legs and biceps have responded noticeably.

Holy shit. I think I held it for about 2 and a half minutes yesterday, that was after doing it for a minute separately.

Haaha nice, tbh I hate planks so much. Barely ever do them. They are a really great exercise though..
