ANyone looking for a heli inside a mission, this is what I've found has to be done, b/c even though helis spawn all over the map in free-roam I have yet to find one spawn during a mission. Once you're rank 40, call merryweather and have them send a heli pick-up, when the heli gets there, shoot the pilot, take the chopper. Only problem is you can't call merryweather for anything else, they black list you, but you're only black listed for like 10 min IRL

Nice one ^^ Will give that a go.

Does anyone consider the Criminal Records thing cheating? You know, just playing against one other person and agreeing to take turns winning.

I think agreeing to take turns winning is more cheating than just re-racing the same race countless times, which is farming and in my opinoin farming is not cheating, just a REALLY boring, yet effecient way to rank up. My 2 cents anyways

Well I was doing this last night with some random person and the agreement to take turns winning just seemed to happen without any verbal or written communication. I must say I felt a little dirty afterwards BUT I wasn't doing it for cash or rank I just want to unlock certain things in the mod shop.. Winning a legitimate race 22 times, or whatever it is, would take forfuckingever considering I was about 16 wins - 42 loses.

Also, does anyone reckon it's worth moding the free-with-social-club Annis Elegy RH8? The breaks are utter gash.

I'm going to have to do something like that... I did a few muscle car races with just me in the race which seemed to count to LSC, but I kind of lost momentum on it when I discovered how awesome Survival is.

I'm generally alternating between the two.
Cannot stand Deathmatches, they're so boring. That includes the fake missions that say they're a mission but in fact they're Deathmatches.

I haven't got my Elegy yet but I'm planning on it, my buddy BusDriver has his, modded out as much as it can be right now and I gotta say, pretty damn good car. Fairly quick, decent handling. I have a fully modded Sultan RS and I can't keep with most Elegy's

I can help you get one the next time we're both on. If we ride around in mine for a bit one should pop up, plus we can ride to the different locations I've seen them. I've helped a few people get the Sultan this way. Got a Karin Rebel last night and helped someone get one of those the same way. The rebel looks so friggin awesome. With body mods you can turn that sucker into a baja truck.

TheIntrospectionist wrote:So whats the deal with these bank heists? Is it something available to do already? Or do you have to get to be a certain level to do it? Or is it due in an update or something? Sorry if this is a stupid question.
Bank heists are not in Online yet. They will be coming with a game update at some point. The article on the Rockstar Social Club news feeds says they expect the beach bum DLC to drop early november. This should include a slew of new weapons, cars, customization things such as hair, tats, clothes. Also it will have the content creator. They mention heists should come out shortly after the beach bum pack.

But honestly I think they HAVE to wait for the content creator to drop 1st assuming we'll be able to organize our own heists. So I'm not getting excited for the heists until the content creator is out.

Dunno anything about the NPC bounties, since they dropped the med bills for dying from $2k to $500 I don't give 2 shits about dying anymore.
