forgot cold recordings.
anyway which labels would you point, just posted the ones i like that have some relation with the sound. you were saying ten minutes ago this micro scene was very open and influenced and now you say that nothing is 130

also, i think everyone missed this:

fair enough mate, I think there's a wealth of good stuff about though. Don't let the whole '130' name or the general 130 bashing that goes on around here put you off.

Just have a dig and you'll find something you like. The best stuff is the stuff that doesn't fit into a genre or name-tag, stuff thats blurry/hard to describe, or to lump into a list and say 'yeah everything on THIS label or at THIS tempo is dope new shiyet'

Also the Dusk & Blackdown Rinse show is very sporadic, they basically do a show when they can and announce it normally with short notice. Just follow this thread: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=38637&start=2340

you misunderstood me. i didn't say that 130 is open. on the contrary, in my mind, at least, it has a very specific aesthetic. just that it shares the same space with other post-garage micro scenes.

there aren't any more labels and there's really no need cause it's only a handful of artists

Murlo makes some sick tunes but his style of that sound is abit different to most. Im hoping Glacial has some nice dubs for our night and well Parris as standard.

SD Laika, best new producer of anything anyone cares about on this website.

Black Acre & Tri Angle are super on-point currently.

uttu only got a handful of releases in this vein
tri angle are only marginally related. let's not forget they were releasing bait witch house a couple of years ago
ramp released like what? two records from visionist and filter dread. so you could hardly say the label is involved in this scene
I don't even understand anything anymore. Where are you people getting these rules?

Is this 130?

And Imminent is 140, did you guys actually listen to the tune or nah?

neither are genuine imo

there's like breaky techno at different bpms and then there's super minimal breaky techno at the same bpms

not worth naming it really
