Doris had some decent hooks but man, like wolf said the verses are just a shitload of references that are somehow stringed together

Productionwas great though

Earl is being touted by doom, flylo and them so it can turn around for him if he finally
get's it.

Not entirely related nbut I just remembered this gig.
I fully hate the bug. Fuck that tnuc. He had this concept where he in a live setting would try to ruin peoples ears with some insane hi-end distortion deliberately.

Like a kid trying to be the loudest with his headphones on to shield a bit.
He's been making noise music since the 80s. Way to miss the point.

It was not an experiment in sound - it was him deliberately fucking with peoples ears.

It's fun to make a racket though. Doubt he's doing it to damage hearing.

when i saw the bug it was a mix of his own tunes, some classic dubstep, some garage and noise. the low of his set was when he played his own tunes tho cause he played like only the obvious ones and had flowdan on for them

"Deadmau5" is an ugly and idiotic name, especially with "au5" instead of "ouse"

That name is only popular with idiots anyway. But you're right it is absolutely hideous.

Aye cause most of the hate he gets is because people thought they were gunna turn up to a Mala like DJ set cause he made skeng when actually hes been active since the 80s and has never (as far as I'm aware) done a DJ set as we know it.

"Hatcha is playing at the moment and hes an incredible DJ mixer, thats not me.. I like chaos, I like dirt, I like messiness"

"I was doing my thing before dubstep"

It'd be like coming out of a System event fuming and critising the lack of turntablism.

Fair enough critising one of his shows though cause his shows are so full on, almost band-like, the requirement for everything to be top notch is a lot more than just the standard DJ turning up with a USB stick or mac. If things go wrong it can sound like painful noise.. but he is very vocal about poor gigs and doesn't hold back on calling people out for not doing their job properly. He shouldn't have to tone it down or change what he does cause people don't do their jobs properly or people mistakenly think hes a normal DJ. When the shows on point and hes got Daddy Freddy, Miss Red and Flowdan on stage its absolute fiyah.

He tried to fuck up either the system or peoples ears

it was not anything creative

he wouldn't respond to people that went up to him and he looked nuts and out of it
