I jacked the wrong person last night it seems... got a couple of text messages almost immediately after stealing some fairly pimped out sedan saying "You've pissed off the wrong people" or something and a £7k bounty was put on my head.
Nobody's got it yet, but I'm runnin' scared.
Sucked at Survival last night and so did everyone I ended up in a session with... I think the best I managed was wave 8. Still... up to rank 19, I think and I bought some new threads.
Some dude invited me up to his apartment (err, I mean...), from what I can work out, just to show off. I spent like 5 mins exploring the place, smoked his weed, took a shower and then went down to the garage to find him just standing there staring at his 10 supercars. He didn't even try to shoot me when I left. Weird, but amusing.
I never thought I'd be coveting an in-game view.

I survived all 10 levels of survival a few days ago and got like 20k - one mission! It was a sick team, only one noob. Now i got around 00k, only 30k more till i can buy a house with a 6 car garage.
How do you owe more than one car? Just add that theft/lost protection at the car pit?

I'm on about the same Riddles... about 68k, I think. I want one of these high-roller 10-cars-and-a-view pads though, so I'm gonna be stuck in this 2 car garage with my hoopties for a little while yet.

I've got a nice pad, as Riddles says, eight cars in the garage so far (one of which is a police car) and $435k in the bank. Baaaallin'!
Looking for a Benefactor Feltzer and a Obey 9F Cabrio if anyone has any ideas.. (Edit - nm on the Feltzer, you have to buy it)
So far my bounty experiences have been 1k, 1k, 3k (all survived) and 5k which i'm running from atm.
Got seriously pissed at one mission where you have to blow up these cement trucks being guarded by the ex-marine dudes. Just got merked repeatedly so I jacked someone's Infernus and robbed stores till bed time instead - that hiding spot where the tram goes underground that Riddles schooled me to is sick!

Jeeze, I must've jacked something good... my bounty is 7k!
Are you just managing to find lots of game time or am I missing a trick getting into the hundreds of thousands? Did most of that come from completed Survivals?
I'm selling a car to LSC every hour or so too; I probably need to be a bit pickier about what I sell them actually. 4x4s seem a pretty good shout.

Nice work. Cheers!
I think I'm probably getting around 2hrs a day, so you're still a more efficient earner than me.
Looks like I'm going to need to give up cooking, talking to the other human in my flat and probably reading too. It's for a good cause.

I've heard that lowring suspension on cars you plan to race help the handling but it doesn't actually show any change in the cars stats, also I haven't tested driving the same car with and without suspension mods so it might just be for looks. I've read several people say it's a horrid idea to lower suspension of off-road vehicles. Hopefully in the future they'll add lift kits for off-raod shit

^^^You're welcome!
That alley way fucked me over too. Went over a bump leading into it and the car decides to do a 180 and come to a complete stop.
@Spamoni
I just would have thought it would be better with a lower centre of gravity for cornering but yeah, it doesn't show up on the stats.
Nah I wouldn't bother with it on off-road vehicles. Surely, as you say, you'd want it up high so the body can clear rocks etc.

That alley race was genius, Laszlo at some point you rammed me and I did a full 360 in mid-air, landed perfect in the direction I needed to go, I almost lost the race right there from laughing so hard.
@Introspectionist
Your car seemed really laggy, wasn't sure if you were having connection issues or just drunk as hell

Ahh, thanks for the invites last night Introspectionist - the mission fail was definitely my fuck up... hadn't got armour on or anything when we started and spent half the time trying to claw back health after taking a few hits right at the beginning!
The Survival went a bit better at least!
