christ's death was necessary for the salvation of mankind - as before his death all souls went straight to hell regardless. some sources indicate an ascension into hell to free the souls trapped in there etc
his resurrection iirc was an act to reassure his followers that he truly is the son of god and that their belief in him is justified

The whole point of him coming back was because he "wasn't done teaching yet". He had to come back in his body because thats the "proof" that he was the son of god - as he was walking around showing people the holes in his hands and feet. Not to mention he told everyone that he would be back after three days...i guess as a test of faith.
Idk where your idea of modesty really comes into play though

I guess after showing he could rise from the dead and was the true son of god he wanted to rejoin his dad in heaven

I think the whole point of returning to heaven was because he had basically finished what he was supposed to do as his time as a man and so returned. And the rest as they say it's history

After jesus get crucified he descends to hell. And the resurection after 3 days represent the victory of good /light to evil/darkness. His death is a sacrifice for the whole humanity. That is why he often get refered as the lamb of god

Not sure either tbh, just thought he would've been genuine and wholesome like that.
But again, returning in the body only means that he didn't really die didn't it? Wouldn't it have been better if he'd come back like the Holy Spirit, or maybe like the Angels or something?

Yeah but didn't he already do other cool shit like heal people who had leprosy and turn water into wine, and cut bread from his body.
But again, why did he need his body? Wouldn't his body getting up and moving imply that he never really died?

Kinda like a final fuck you (obviously not like that though) to all the pharisees Jews and Romans who wanted him crucified and didn't believe he was the son of God. His body would of had all the scars and stuff from his crucifixion so that would proved it was really him.
Bit of a crude explanation but that's kinda the general jist of it iirc

The point of the resurrection is that it was a miracle... it wouldn't be a miracle if he simply hadn't died properly in the first place.
Most of this stuff is pretty thoroughly explained in a book called The Bible which is available in all good hotel rooms.

The new trailer park boys season was ass. Jacobs a dick, not having Ray sucks...the story was meh too. Its alot better than the fucking 7th season tho.
