it's a figure of speech in german.

it's moody yet still positive, it's catchy, it changes pace. there's this characteristic '07-'09ish hyperdub druggy athmosphere all over it.

Watchmen got the tone right

maybe the haters should watch it again, without prejudice.

^listening to that Ikonka tune helped me understand why I can't quite connect with her music:
I don't feel anything...no warmth or charge
not even anything negative
and I've listened to a fair bit trying to appreciate it.
