Eat 37 small meals at 18min intervals throughout the day to keep your metabolism firing.

And no more than 21.5 grams of protein per meal. You can't process more than that and the rest turns into fat.

See, the way I see it. Your legs CARRY your upperbody anyway, so why overtrain them by doing squats?

this. bulking the chest and biceps means your legs work harder by carrying more weight.
remember when doing deadlifts to always start with a solid jerk of the lower back to get the weight off the floor initially.

Word. You best achieve that relaxing your traps completely, if your back isn't quite cutting it, don't be afraid to use your arms. They're put there for a reason.
If your abs are sore after doing them, you're overactivating them. Don't want to miss out on reps on the crunch machine!

Yeah, on a serious note, I smashed my personal best on the bench today. 90 kg, and bizarrely, it didn't feel that bad. Felt like I could do more. Sick.

Nah, that was 8 reps! Must've been seriously in the zone. Did 60 as a warm up, then I just banged another 20 on (which was a new record for me) for 2 sets, and it felt good, so I banged another 10 on and smashed out 8 reps. Will see if I can still do it next week, or I was just in temporary beast mode.
For reference, I'm currently 84kg/185lbs, so well proud to be able to bench more than my weight. Testament for just fucking going for it and pushing yourself (whilst staying safe), I guess.
