yeah was shocking. ive got the Anime and loved it. the issue is they tried to make a 45min long (not 100% sure of that time, but its around that length) film into a 1.5 hour film.

alot of pointless shit in there. the annoying american school girl for one. i wanted to slap her as soon as i saw her.

They were ALWAYS gonna fuck that one up badly...

The series however is DOPE, follows on from where the film left off after the tradional bout of amnesia that scriptwriters use whenever they cant think of a semi credible way to change scneario or fast forward 40 years

Amazing film, one of the best I've seen in a while. Pretty uncomfortable viewing in places, one of those films where you can see bits of yourself.

Just watched this and I really enjoyed it. I cant help but feel it was set up in places but it was a very funny watch none the less. Would definitely recommend it.

Just watched sunshine again, Danny Boyle never dissapoints.

I had low expectations for this (I've been this way for most movies this year so I don't get disappointed when they suck hairy and smelly scrotum) but this is SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICK

to be fair, I only watched half of it. will watch the other half over the weekend.

but the first half was top notch. I find it hard to rank which of tarantino's movies I like the best but this is up there.

i watched paranormal activity about 15 minuites ago.
now ive not seen the exorsist or hellraiser or any of those eastern european gore fests that seem so popular these days, so take of this what you will
this is THE scariest film i have ever seen
now im not saying your not gonna sleep for days because i found it, as scary as it was, a bit overhyped, but you will be scared shitless nonetheless.
also theres apparently an alternate ending being released in cinemas, does anyone else know?

Had to post in this topic - just finished watching Shinobi (again) great flick about Koga and Iga ninja war with a nice romantic sub plot for the girly in me. Wicked fight scenes very Crouching Tiger stylee.

Went to see Tony Jaa's Ong Bak 2 The Beginning this week - lovvvve the man and think he is the best new martial arts star on screen but Tony DON'T DIRECT OR WRITE. The plot was terrrible but some superb fight scenes.
