Personally, I think this track bumps hard and I'm no Korn fan, but their notorious for trying weird things and not sticking to one particular sound. So in theory, shouldn't the fact that their now doing a full length album (instead of an EP) featuring famous dub DJ's be something everyone would be stoked on? I think it's pretty sweet.

Yeah that is a tune!! Vex'd is so on it when it comes to their drum samples. I also rate "Onslaught" by Reso for those drum fills. Ohh man that shit goes off.
and also the second drop on the TRiLLBASS remix of "Mafia" by Koan Sound. Prob the most brutal drop in the bag...hardly ever play it out though...cant follow it up with anything.

That's entirely up to you why you'd want to hear it (or not), I was just making a logical observation... Imagine if it came out as actual dubstep! Then you'd be wrong. That is just the gist of it though it'll be a while until we hear it because major labels are starting to stop pre-release radio play because it allows piracy and therefore saps sales (for instance Universal haven't put anything out so far for the new RHCP album, not even a little snippet of a tune!)

Really? Never knew that, it seemed to be more descended from the RnB, funk and disco that led to house music then garage as well as the dubwise production of reggae songs. Do you have anything to illustrate this? It appears to have some occasional influences (or more for people like Distance but he wasn't particularly overt about it until he decided to put out Headstrung) but it's not rooted in it particularly (tell that to the mandem in the grime scene and you risk getting laughed at)

Im all for a guitar riff in a dubstep tune, if its done well i.e.
In relation to the OP tune. Please Korn if you read this, don't ever, EVER, attempt a "dubstep" collab ever again. I wanted to cry........
