well i like it. some interesting sounds, made a change from in yer face up front bass, nicely mixed in the back...dunno if that was intentional.
...here is something i have just been playing with...

Thanks. Well, I have made some changes to it after listening a few times. I still want to get the bass going a bit mental but am having problems getting a nice sound.
I will check yours out when I get home;)

Heres what I am working on at the moment.
Its still being layed out properly yet, pure early business. The drums are the last thing I do I just do basic drums to keep a rhythm going, I do sub second to last as well so its quite bland!

This started off as the intro to something else, but I realized that it didn't fit but I like it anyway so I spun it off. Quite techy and percussive, a bit funky. It's basically the ideas in the order they came out, so it's probably going to be restructured a bit one way or another. And hopefully a couple more elements will come out of it in the process.

Oh, and I didn't actually do this today, but a week or so ago I thought that rather than contribute to a forum thread moaning about tunes moaning about people moaning on forums, I'd do a cheeky garage cover of a tune moaning about people moaning about there not being enough garage tunes around. Got about halfway through and then stopped. The only actual samples are the vocal bits, the bassline is synthed up myself but tbh I'm not sure it sounds close enough to the original for the joke to work properly....

Constructive criticism welcomed, natch.
