We are sexual creatures. One of the few species in the world that enjoys sex enough to do it when we're not fertile. The *only* creature to have developed ways of having sex and not having children. The pill should provide emancipation for women that want to indulge their natural sexual desires, but don't want yet to have their lives dominated by children and husbands. There's nothing more wrong with casual sex than there is with recreational drug use or race-car driving.

Brushing our natural desires under the rug and labelling people who are acting upon perfectly normal instincts as "immoral" does nothing to help society. It only fosters division and unpleasantness... and apparently people laughing at rape.

This reminds me of a newer story in my life - maybe this will help you understand the farce..
