Roots track played by Irration Steppas warming up at Nightmares On Wax gig a year or so ago at the Electric Ballroom London.
Some possible lyrics:

anyone got a positive id for the tune at 1:32:55 on n-type (rinse) from 12-aug-2007. it's right up my alley.
