Hey. I got mugged that night. Just around the side of Mass, bloke grabbed me from behind, put his hand at my throat and another short guy came up and started punching me in the head, a few other guys went through my pockets and took my wallet and phone. I lost a bit of money as well, the only irreplacable thing was my glasses got knocked off, no idea where they went so I'm a bit blind till my replacements get made. That, and a bruised face and a few cuts. Could have been much worse

It happened when I got there, which was a bit before midnight - came by myself, first time I've done that. Been going to DMZ for a lil while, almost a couple of years now, and maybe I was a bit blase. I'd had a few beers beforehand, walked into a dark part of Brixton, and through a crowd of blokes that, on reflection, looked dodgy.

Mate, was this me you were talking about? If so, thanks. I appreciate it.

Everyone else: BE CAREFUL in Brixton. Go with friends if you can.

yeah thanks guys. I'm alright. Those guys are fucked, and will stay fucked, and my life is much better than theirs, so screw it. They got bugger all in the grand scheme of things, and will never know the simple pleasure of skankin'.

one of my favourite dmz's yet. Only had about an hours sleep the night b4 and wasn't really feelin gettin the train down, but then my mate said he'd drive 5 mins b4 we were gonna get the train so that cheered me up a lot.

shame about that nasty business, i managed to get squashed against the wall by who i now know is PK lol. fair play for stickin up for stanton tho, got a bit hectic. My mates were outside when they came back with bats n shit n tried to rush the door

out to boomnoise as well for tryin to break it up.

other than that was a sick night, all the djs smacked it!

dont know what to say.. dream come to true! it was such a great night. crowd reaction was sick! mala+loefah & pokes.. what a combination..!! skream is on its levels!! banger after banger!! distance... i dont know how he does it, but those tunes r just pure filth! man is a geeneous. nick & matty!! was great to hear stateside crew showing their sound!! big beats.. DQ with intro stylee, such a class!! AND jukali!!!!!! ur chest badman!

yeh same. still a good night but the sound was all over the shop. i swear at the beginning
of nick argons set i felt as though if i talked to loud i would be told off for drowning out the music.
still the sound picked up for loefah and good 2 hear theyre sortin it out for 2008.

dear oh dear, just about managed to pick up the pieces.... the night was well skatty for me, was all over the shop! BIG all the same tho, heavyweight bizness every time. large up Wil Blaze for bein the designated one and Johnny for constant moral boosts (u kno what im sayin!!

) shouts to everyone who's ear i chewed off, big up Shy ( RAW went offfff bruv!!!!!) Dead-o & Tes, good to see you boys again, Markle short but sweet as always bro! and everyone else that i was chattin shit to all night---props. didnt see any of the bullshit goin on myself (but then was pretty waste) but cant see things like this ever having a prominent effect on something as important as DMZ, i just cant see the headz letting shit go to far. again dont really know what happened but fair play to the cats who stepped in.

I bet all of you who comment on the bad shit forgot about it 2mins after it happened and then thought of it again when it was cropped up on the forums.

It was bound to happen sooner or later, shame someone got hurt but I mean I felt a bit un easy being approached if I wanted to buy pills everytime I went out by the stairs bit.

I was proper loving it, my first time there (I'm a midlander) and was feeling the buzz until....

I passed out and hit the deck really hard in the smoking area! Proper messed me up and I was shook for quite a while. Lucky my boy was looking after me and had my back as we made our way back home.
Sorry if I made anyone freak out a bit with that shit
