I cut myself at the gym today and bleed all over the floor.
I've made the mistake of getting friendly with the old codgers who frequent when I'm there. Now they all take turns of trying to talk to me in between sets. with respect, fack off please.

Gym wounds are amazing. Banged up, red shins from deadlifts. Red spots on your shoulders/throat from front squats. Fuck yeah. And of course, callused hands.
Word, word. Been gettign friendly with this kid and I'm all game with talking. But gym time is me time. Lost some precious time like that last week.
Annnd for me to have a decent 'gym' time tomorrow. IMA GO TO BED NOW. Adding another 5 kgs to my deadlift yay.

I think i've fucked this bulk up already. The numbers add up fine (+3lbs in four weeks and i've successfully increased the weight i'm lifting each week) but I look and feel decidedly fatter around my midriff.
This is my first bulk so I don't know if i'm just being a nancy boy..

Keep at it. If you pussy out halfway through then you won't have out on enough weight to justify a proper cut, then where will you be?

It must be water. Check yourself daily to see if there are fluctuations in your composition. Another thing is indentions of your clothes, especially socks, on your body. That's gotta be water

That'll be the last time I'm adding 5 kgs to my deadlift for some time. I did it. I DID IT WELL. But boy did that fuck with me. 218 lbs tho. Fasho.
Hope I'll make it to 300, if not, at least 275.

Tried to concentrate on giving it a go, didn't notice much difference, but I tend to focus on one spot anyway. I told my mate about it, and he seemed a bit more focussed and had a bit more push.
