decided to make some stew, but i can't get a knife through the swede i got so i have to boil the whole thing in a separate pan til its soft enough to cut up. and i didn't bother searing the beef first so there's a layer of beef fat crap on the top now.

get an egg white and add it to the broth, the egg white will glue all the crap together on top of the broth and when you're ready you can just scoop it off with a spoon carefully :4:
