i couldnt do anything

i had to wait for the package to be returned to sender, then i got a refund

i rang customs, nzpost, royal mail, chemical records (who i bought it from)

no one wanted a bar of it because there was no track n trace number

I'm glad I got a track and trace. still, I fork out 70 odd dollars with nz post expecting the package to arrive but instead they just say its out of their control and suggest I contact RM.

nz post's new slogan should be "we'll get it half way you can get it the rest"

Apparently not. They said they can't do anything about packages held with British customs. Most unhelpful.

I might try again with the hope of talking to a different customer service operator. ima get ratty soon.
