Ear plugs eh? Never thought of using them, saying that outlook launch was the first time ive thought "fucking hell" when it came to sound levels.

i always end up losing ear plugs i've bought so i just use cotton balls

All this talk of ear plugs and I can only find one of mine, this wont do at all. Cant stand the yellow foam ones, killing off frequencies willy-nilly.

that's a given but the sound system shouldn't be facing the booth.

I start feeling a bit hyped. And that doesn't happen to me often

where can you buy plugs?? my ears are shot after years of abuse

Sometimes the monitors are just too loud as it is let alone the main system overpowering everything.
