Wasnt feeling either of these feels. I found Gamer a bit boring but they may have been the mood i was in at the time. And i found The Tournament very stereotypical and predictable.

Yeah I agree totally, The Tournament was very stereotypical and you could almost see every scene coming. Had a few good moments with the parkour guy and the asian chick had some moves but I feel Robert Carlyle was wasted on this. Gamer was the better of the 2 but still not a great movie, they could have done so much more and the main guy from Dexter really got on my nerves.

Battle Royale is the pinnacle of this movie genre but compared to the 2 films above I much preferred this film:

Does Robert Carlyle have the worst agent in the world.... he's a great actor, but he's been in some RUBBISH films.

It's actually a really good film.
Also, watched moon last night. Fucking awesome film, I went in to it with minimal knowledge about what happened besides an incredibly basic synopsis of the plot. Really good, bit fucked up, fantastic soundtrack. Really ethereal.

Such an awesome film, seen it countless times and it never gets dull. Bill Murray is so good.

Watched number 9 again last night, much better hte second time around

Was pure class just blood and guts and good laufs

Insanely good, much funnier than I was expecting.

Watched Ink as well, wasn't bad but wasn't good... it passed the time.

Saw Men who Stare at Goats yesterday. I thought it was rather good for a light hearted entertainer, had some funny bits in. How they got all of those famous actors in it i don't know!

The book is quite good ^^^
