I think if it is deemed to be intentional exposure to the person in the street, then yes. If you're just walking around naked and somebody looks in, then nah, you're cool.

Some guy was walking his dog past my house, stopped and started looking at me through my window, i popped my willy (flacid) out and held eye contact with him til he left.

I hope that's not actually illegal, it should be illegal to try and look into peoples houses.

I'm 99% sure intentional exposure inside your own home to somebody outside your house is illegal man.

I can see why it got removed, it did show an animal suffering or in distress, im not sure if I agree with the deletion or not to be fair
