I only really wear earplugs when i'm druming coz i'm a noisy bastard, by camparison system is gunna be soothing on the ears

Only ever found the use of ear plugs necessary at London venues. Seem to have their shit way turned up. Going to bring down a pair just in case.

I forgot mine last time, and it was generally alright. Real nice quality system, so other than pure volume -> tinnitus, it was alright from an enjoyment point of view. Probably 4/5 tunes that were too much and I had to stand back a few steps out the way of the speaker stack. Definitely remembering them this time though. The more earplugness, the closer you can get to the rig! And rig proximity = Juan proximity, which is always more than welcome

my ears ALWAYS ring after anything, they ring randomly ffs. but after system, i could still hear when i woke up i had bassinitus though, which was like a 200hz tone but ill put that down to my ears missing the subby warmth and thus tried to recreate it.

in other news, in typical sketchy-Juan fashion he was meant to get to mine at 9am, he text saying he was gonna be a bit late as he was going for breakfast first, and I haven't heard from him since I wouldn't be surprised if was lost in another city, or maybe another country
