I can't put my finger on it but this picture looks like a photoshop or something. Just something unreal about it. Not saying it is, just saying that's what it looks like. Nice up anyway.
This, think it's the lighting though.
or the shape of the room.
Ye it looks a bit unreal, but it isn't . more pics from my room are here: http://www.facebook.com/CodeZeroDub

guess i had to use another pic to post here :d

cheers
do you produce standing up? your monitors are a bit high aren't they? at least tilt them so the sound is directed at you rather than over you?

Nice one jaws, looks like a fun studio. I'm particularly into your vintage keyboard selection.

right on, I may pick one up. I like tracking vocals outside of the booth a lot so this may be perfect

it works well, just make sure the stand can hold it
the tripod one i use for the se i've had to tape down (with old army 100 mph tape) a few times when setting it for myself
if you have a hq heavy duty studio boom even in a booth they work such wonders

biggest difference is mic isolation from the floor and any resonant frequencies with the stand itself. If you're using a tripod stand you'll still get rumbling from the floor/ people walking and stuff. Also, the stand itself can kind of resonate if it doesnt' isolate correctly. You can easily tell this if you tap on the stand and hear a resonant frequency.

Love your setup, Deadly. Being just <30 and from Cleveland, My favorite piece of production equipment you own is your Dieselboy poster.

But, srsly, looks nice, wish my room was that organized.
