Stacked at WR?

Before you drafted OBJ (who I think is pretty good btw) you had Victor Cruz, but aside from him you had Kris Adams, Mario Manningham, Ruben Randle and Trindon Holliday. You were absolutely not stacked at WR. I do think CJ Mosley would've been a better move, especially with how many starting calibre WRs are in this draft.

RIP Khalil Mack :( In fact, every year I feel this, RIP the quality college players that end up on tat teams.
rayman612 wrote:i like the steelers pick
I quite like Ryan Shazier, but not at number 15 when you still could've grabbed CJ Mosley, Calvin Pryor, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Jason Verett, Darqueze Dennard or Jimmie Ward.

Looking forward to Manziel getting absolutely battered in the AFC North. Cleveland. Fucking lol. Drafting Justin Gilbert ( :P: ) and then drafting Manziel is why the Browns will be the shitty Browns for the foreseeable future. Make a good move, then make an incredibly shit one.

Last mock draft i saw he was at 17 so position doesnt matter, clintondix looked cool but they dont need a safety

Shazier will now fufill the inside LB prophecy and the steelers will once again become a dominant 3-4 defense

(also if you say hes too small youre wrong, same size as farrior and twice the speed)

I don't think he's too small  so touchy.

Don't need a safety, but you will very soon, as aside from Troy (who will break soon) and Ike Taylor (who is topping 100 in DB years), your secondary is tat.

With people like Kyle Van Noy still available and Jeremiah Attaochu possibly available even in the third, I reckon you could've waited and still got a linebacker of the same ability.

I'm praying to Jah almighty that Kyle Van Noy is still there when the Colts pick.

I'll fight you man. Pay for my flights I'll come and one bomb you. WOT?!

Nah, don't get me wrong, I do like Ryan Shazier, just that this year, there were some really good DBs available, Steelers need DBs, and you could've got similar quality linebackers further down the draft.

But is it not true that you can get a quality DB later

I really think he was the best available and they just went for it

Pass rush wins games more than your 2ndary does

I think there's a bigger drop off after the first round talent amongst the DBs than Linebackers.

Just found out Drake recorded a tune specifically for Johnny Manziel to walk out to. This shit is gonna look so stupid in 3 years when he's some team's back up QB.

"What kind of name is Blake Bortles?"
"Mommy, buy me a Blake Bortles name plate!"
"No, come along Blake Bortles"
"Where you talking to me?"
"No, my son is also called Blake Bortles."

I didn't see that your fucking Colts stole Hakeem Nicks. :corncry: Like I said I don't follow college/offseason/draft. Still though, Cruz, Manningham, and Randle are three receivers good enough to start. We need a fucking linebacker dude when we've already got 3 good WRs and have such a shitty defense.

When I wrote that, I didn't realise that Aaron Donald was also still available. Even more baffling that the Giants didn't take Donald or Mosley.

Jerry Reese thinks he has this 'alternative' draft philosophy that "works" for them in which they take the "best player available" instead of the one that best fits their needs.

Johnny Manziel drafted by the Browns.

SAME DAY.

Josh Gordon fails second drugs test, could be suspended for a year.

Thought you were all about speed bro?! 0.02 seconds off the 40 yard dash record. Should be decent. 3rd round a bit high though.
