just saw the advert for the new MoS sound of dubstep album. oh my god it's worse than it's ever been, the advert leads with big boss by doctor p. for all familiar with this song, how the fuck can they allow it on the telly? it's absolutely excruciating if it springs up on you!

after looking at the tracklist the second half of the second disc is pretty good but the rest is dire, nobody who has bought this cd will get past ruffhouse on cd2 i'll bet

About 10 of the 44 tracks are pretty sick. tbh it's a fair representation of the scene: There are some real gems submerged in a sea of shit.

I saw the tesco ad as well that doctor p track is a joke.

my dads Iranian and is becoming more patriotic the older he gets and also more stupid and racist

the other day we went to the muslim cemetery to do prayers for my grandparents and he kicked off about Pakistani's, albeit it was because the women dont visit the grave with men which i disagree with too but the amount of emphasis on it being cos they were Pakistani was way OTT

its also funny cos he married a Jew but seemingly hates them aswell

Two guys from the crew I'm in (dj's, producers, promoters, ...) decided to organize a party next month with some big Belgian dj's and producers on the line-up.
Obviously they're playing, and they asked some others from the crew to play. Except me. They didn't even bother telling me anything about it even though they "dig" my dj'ing and tunes.
Fuck this. Next meeting I think I'm going to announce my departure. Been rolling with these guys for 6 months now and they haven't really done anything for me yet.
