How many games can you program a in a virtual computer with real world scripting/coding within the game...

How many games would you want to?!
When it controls assets in games, can't think of too many sandbox style games it would work in, it requires creativity and making your own fun kind of like DayZ.

yeah rebuilding the Taj Mahal or smth is so much fun,

think visiting is less time consuming then making it on minecraft ^_^, understand a bit of the appeal but just can't grasp why someone would spend days on it :D is it even interactive?

I do get the creation aspect of the game (i think), a few mates of mine went in deep. But I guess I prefer more structure to my games, like the survival mode I guess. I couldn't, personally, sit down for 18 hours and create a virtual recreation of a logic board or detailed architectural design in a game. It would just bore me to tears.
I make music as Forsaken, you can DL all my unreleased (and a couple released) bits here.

I mean I get that, I got bored of that long ago, but with mods you can create elaborate machines to automate tasks, create virtual computer networks, program devices in game with LUA, make elaborate transportation stuff like a train set combined with more or say a rollercoaster.
It really has become a limitless sandbox playground.
Like take a look at some of the mods in the pack I'm using atm http://feed-the-beast.wikia.com/wiki/MindCrack_Pack

Like I said it's a true sandbox like DayZ, you have the basic survival goals, but at some point you get everything you need or the top tier gear and become self sustainable with no effect which is when you have to make your own fun since there is no set goals, although they added in some RPG style stuff to Minecraft (this is honestly the first time in ages I've played it as I got bored of it before they added all that stuff).

Exactly what you say Pete, (I mean I seen sick shit from minecraft in all fairness, but wouldn't be the one who created it). I honestly find that transfomice (which I dread) way more usefull (as you learn to be very fast on the keys/reaction speed etc). Not saying games should have a point or smth but they have to be challenging in some way for me and I can see no challenge in minecraft. As I said to each their own.

What you say Deadly is that you can implement coding you done yourself or smth? (correct me if mistaken) in that case it seems wonderfull for people who program etc

Yes you can code LUA in game. Honestly at this point with how large the modding scene is for the game if you can think of it, you likely can do it in game or someone is working on it.

In a week or two I'll be playing some 1.6 again.

'e-Sports.Sk - Panoramix 1.6' or 'ger.strikeups.com'

Watch out on the last one, average player there will straight up murder
