when i go to see machine head and bands like that i sometimes mosh (less now than when i was younger) but when im at a dubstep dance, all about the vibes for me. Im gonna stand there, have a little skank, listen to the music and enjoy myself

All that melts away when the lights are down and the bass is up.

even at metal shows now i feel a bit too old to be moshing, end up aching, falling over, cant be bothered with it.

moshing at a (proper) dubstep night isn't really appropriate but when it's skream or plastician or whoever playing their massive hype brostep/skrillex kind of music i can definitely see why people would be moshing, it's pretty much shitty electronic metal anyways. moshing to kryptic minds just doesn't make sense to me

oh and obviously bacon

you're doing it wrong...meditate on baconweight.
If this is the future, it seems highly livable: shiny, cool and comfortably dissonant. Like a low dose of ketamine in an empty, luminous airport hall in northern Japan, eating avocado and waiting for the universe to arrive.

hate to be that guy, but moshing is a type of dancing... it's not one that's appropriate for edm though (except gabber... and bacon)
